Products from our range in trade quantities, or sourced to your specification. We are based in Shenzhen and work directly with the manufacturers – no middlemen. Samples are available up front.

On-site quality control

Every batch is inspected before it ships: function, build quality, completeness, packaging. Defective goods never leave the factory. Photo documentation on request.

Packaging

Plain packaging or outer packaging to your specification: polybags, master cartons, inserts, palletising. With your logo and your own boxes on request (private label).

Labelling & marking

We label the goods the way you need them in Europe: EAN/GTIN, SKU, FNSKU for Amazon FBA, carton labels, multilingual labels and the markings your target market requires – to your specification.

Shipping to Europe

Express, air freight or sea freight, depending on quantity and schedule. On request cleared and duty paid (DDP) to your warehouse, your FBA warehouse or your fulfilment provider – with tracking.

Handling & communication

One dedicated contact person for the whole order. Quotation, pro forma invoice, commercial invoice and packing list all come from us. We usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

How an order works

  1. Enquiry: Send us products, quantities and destination country – via the form below or by e-mail.
  2. Quotation: You receive a quote with prices, lead time and shipping options. Samples up front on request.
  3. Sourcing & inspection: We procure the goods and inspect every batch on site.
  4. Packaging & labelling: Packaging and labels exactly to your specification.
  5. Shipping & delivery: Dispatch by the agreed route, cleared to your warehouse on request. You receive tracking and all documents.

Terms

Quantities, volume prices, payment terms and lead times depend on the product and the shipping route – you get them in concrete form with your quotation. Minimum quantities depend on the product: just ask, also for smaller runs. The invoice contains everything you need for your accounts and for import.
