§ 1 Scope

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between 567 Shop ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") via www.567-shop.com.

(2) The T&C valid at the time of the order shall apply. Deviating conditions of the Buyer are not recognized.

(3) A consumer is any natural person entering into a transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade or profession.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a binding offer.

(2) By submitting an order, the Buyer makes a binding offer to purchase.

(3) The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the offer by order confirmation email or delivery.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping

(1) All prices are final prices including VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately.

(2) Shipping costs depend on the shipping method and destination country and are displayed before checkout.

(3) For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply at the Buyer's expense.

§ 4 Delivery

(1) Delivery is to the address provided. Delivery to P.O. Boxes or military addresses is not possible.

(2) Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days for EU, 10–25 business days for other countries, starting from payment receipt and the quality check.

(3) The Seller may make partial deliveries if reasonable and without additional shipping costs.

§ 5 Payment

(1) Payment can be made via PayPal or other methods offered during checkout.

(2) The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering.

§ 6 Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment.

§ 7 Warranty

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for consumers is 2 years from delivery.

(2) For defective goods, the Buyer may choose repair or replacement. If this fails, the Buyer may reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.

§ 8 Liability

(1) The Seller has unlimited liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

(2) For other damages, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for essential contractual obligations.

§ 10 Applicable Law

(1) Chinese law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.

(2) For disputes with consumers, the statutory jurisdiction applies.

§ 11 Final Provisions

(1) If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

(2) The contract language is German.
