Shipping methods

We ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. With every order you choose between two shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard shipping · 2–3 weeks · duties included — customs duties and import charges are already paid (DDP, Delivered Duty Paid). No further costs arise on delivery.
  • DHL Express · 5–8 working days — the fast option. Customs duties and import charges may apply in addition and are borne by the recipient.

Both shipping methods are calculated by the total weight of the order. We do not offer free shipping.

  • All prices in euros including statutory VAT.
  • In the Switzerland (CH) zone, only DHL Express is available.
  • Orders from 10 kg are shipped for €59.99 as standard shipping. DHL Express is not available from 10 kg.

Delivery times

The delivery time starts when payment is received:

  • Standard shipping: 2–3 weeks (10–15 working days)
  • DHL Express: 5–8 working days

At peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas or Chinese New Year, transit times can be longer. If your order is delayed, we will let you know by e-mail.

Delivery areas

We deliver to the member states of the European Union and to Switzerland (27 countries plus Switzerland). We currently do not ship outside these countries.

Excluded from delivery are the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira. For postal purposes these territories belong to Spain and Portugal respectively, but they lie outside the EU customs or tax territory, so additional charges and surcharges apply. The same holds for Åland and comparable island and remote peripheral areas for which carriers charge surcharges.

Delivery there is possible on request. Write to us before ordering at info@567-shop.com — we will tell you the price and the transit time. Orders that reach us for these territories without prior arrangement may be cancelled.

Customs and import charges

Standard shipping (DDP): customs duties and import charges are included in the shipping price and have already been paid by us. You pay nothing extra on delivery.

DHL Express: customs duties, import VAT and the carrier's handling fees may apply in addition. They are levied by the responsible customs authority and are borne by the recipient. The amount depends on the country, the value of the goods and the product category.

Switzerland: Switzerland is not part of the EU customs territory. Import charges apply to every delivery to Switzerland and are borne by the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you receive the tracking number by e-mail. Use it to follow the delivery with the carrier or via 17track.net.

Delivery restrictions

  • No delivery to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • The shipping tiers go up to a total weight of 10 kg. Heavier orders are shipped as standard shipping by arrangement.
  • Deliveries go to the address given at the time of ordering. Address changes are only possible as long as the shipment has not left the warehouse.

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@567-shop.com. We will take care of it.
